My Approach: Holistic & Personalised

With a background in personal training since 2012, I take a whole-body approach to massage therapy. I don’t just treat the symptoms—I help identify the root cause of your discomfort and work with you to find the best solution. This might include:

  • Strengthening advice to prevent future issues

My Journey in Sports Massage

I began training in early 2018, learning the foundations of sports massage while gaining hands-on experience with volunteers. The positive feedback on my technique and pressure encouraged me to pursue this path further.

By November 2018, I qualified as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist and started building a book of happy clients. Now, I’m expanding my knowledge further, focusing on scar tissue therapy and spinal flexibility, with plans to complete my Level 4 qualification soon.
